Hvammsvik Booking

I developed the custom digital booking engine for Hvammsvík Hot Springs (booking.hvammsvik.is), one of Iceland's premier luxury nature resorts. Built with Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS, the platform was engineered to handle a complex, high-traffic reservation flow with a flawless, visually premium user experience. Because managing live ticket availability is critical for a highly sought-after resort, I utilized SWR for highly optimized, real-time data fetching. This ensured guests always saw accurate, live booking slots without experiencing loading delays. Furthermore, I integrated Prismic CMS to give the resort's management team full control over updating ticket descriptions, dynamic policies, and marketing content directly within the booking funnel.
