Subway Iceland

Contributed to the frontend development of the official online ordering platform for Subway Iceland (subway.is). Working within a highly scalable monorepo architecture, I utilized Next.js and Tailwind CSS to build a fast, highly responsive digital menu and checkout experience. A major focus of my work involved driving e-commerce metrics by implementing strategic add-on features using an internal upsell-kit library. This allowed us to dynamically prompt users with meal upgrades, sides, and drinks during the ordering process—enhancing the customer experience while directly increasing the average order value for the business.
